1:30 pm 100 calories worth of unsalted almonds snack on my way to have Vicky's ears pierced
3:30 pm Grapefruit
5:00 pm organic latte with fat free milk
7:00 pm Palomilla Steak (low sodium) with Red Kidney Beans and Mushroom sauce (boiled mushrooms in fat free milk with honey and flour then blended until pureed)
*protein filled dinner
7:30 pm walk for an hour
10:30 pm organic green tea with fresh squeezed lemon, organic honey, and stevia for sweetening
* green tea is 0 calories so drink up!!! great for sleep, relaxation, appetite suppression, reflux,
and digestion
