Recipe:
(serving for 2)
2 skinless boneless chicken breasts
1 zucchini
1 onion
1 tbsp of minced garlic
salt/pepper
3 tbsp of organic honey
sauté zucchini and onions with garlic
add chicken
season with salt and pepper
add honey
this dish is rich in flavor and low in calories
the natural glaze produced from the mixture is absolutely delicious
