Orange Juice with Not ONE Orange



After cheating over the weekend I decided to do a juice day. This juice provides all the nutrients I will need in one day. I usually only juice for one meal per day but today I will be supplementing all my meals and snacks with juice or raw fruit. I will also be doing cardio today, whether it be walking outside or going to the gym. Just because you are juicing and not eating solid food does not hold you back from working out. You will have more energy. If this is your first time juicing, do not go HARD at the gym. Try to have a healthy snack before like saltless almonds. My weight was at a limbo last week at 132 lbs. I am determined to get to 127 lbs. by the 29th which I will be attending an evening event. I already bought my dress an XS and although I can squeeze into it now, I want to wear the dress not the dress wear me. You get me?? So here is my miraculous Orange Juice with Not ONE Orange recipe. Remember the portion is for all day.



3 green apples
10 large carrots
1 bag of celery
1/2 of a grapefruit
1 cup of spinach



Throughout the day, expect to use the bathroom more than once. Drink plenty of water. You will feel full and a natural energy. Your skin will feel especially soft and if your pores are clogged expect a pimple or two while the cleanse eliminates ever toxin in your body. I am excited to be at least 129 lbs. by the morning. Juicing does not provide long term weight loss unless you stay active and on a healthy diet. That means do go to wendy's tomorrow and order a chicken wrap and calling it healthy. You will gain back those pounds lost. Continue with a juice/day and eat pure protein like chicken with a little salt.
