Post Workout Breakfast Smoothie

After working out early in the am, the first thing you want to do is replenish your body with nutrients.

I created a smoothie that is both filling and provides protein for your muscles.



1 cup of strawberries 
1/2 a cup of pineapple 
1 teaspoon of organic honey
3 teaspoon of stevia
1 teaspoon of smart balance chunky peanut butter 
1 cup of water, or fat free milk
