The Sweet Green Juice
2 lemons
1 green apple
1 cup of pineapple
2 cups of parsley
It's simple and keeps you full. This will be my lunch today. Including lemons in every recipe assures an instant detox for your body. Get rid of those toxins naturally. After my juice I will walk about 2 miles. It is a great energy booster. You can always blend with ice and dilute with water to make a smoothie. If you ever wish for the juice to be more sweet I suggest organic honey. Honey has many benefits. After all, it is the only thing that is made naturally around the world and never goes bad.
