My Secret Diet Plan: ITS OUT!


Sometimes people need to be disciplined and forced to do something that will help them reach their goal. Here is my diet plan! Before starting you must buy a scale and take a "before"photo. Set a date and goal weight. Keep motivated with my other post "effortless tips for weight loss"



 Breakfast options:
Tea or coffee in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Stevia may be used.
egg whites with mushrooms
juice/smoothie recipe
fruit


















Lunch and Dinner options:
100 grams (size of fist) of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish (tilapia), lobster, crab, or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. 
One or two types of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucumbers, asparagus, cabbage, zucchini, mushroom, carrots. NO BREAD.seasoning: Salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic. no oil, butter or dressing; only PAM





Snacks:
apple

orange

strawberries

grapefruit
saltless almonds

Juice

Smoothie

Tea

Coffee


*drink a lot of water. 2 cups when you wake up and before bed and 1 cup before every meal
*take a multivitamin 
*no alcohol
*limit dairy: no milk only fat free, only egg whites, no yogurt, no cheese
*all proteins are not processed
*no processed foods, only fresh vegetables and fruits
*cardio 1 hour a day, you can do light weight lifting for 30 minutes after cardio
*do not eat the same thing for lunch and dinner

*make 2 portions so you can eat the same thing the next day

lunch

730pm
water
snack



Throughout the day you should do cardio for one hour and light weightlifting for at least 30 minutes.

If you get hungry after 730pm have green tea with lemon and honey; if you are starving eat strawberries.
